摘 要:对催化剂LaNiO3掺Cu改性,获得一系列新的催化剂LaCuxNi1-XOy(x=0,0.05,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4,0.5,0.6,0.7,0.8,1)。以LaCuxNi1-XOy为催化剂催化分解C2H2制备碳纳米管。碳纳米管的透射电镜分析结果表明:掺Cu催化剂制备的碳纳米管比未掺Cu催化剂LaNiO3制备的碳纳米管管径更小更均匀。催化剂组成对碳纳米管的产率也有显著影响,当Cu的含量在0.05~0.2之间时,碳纳米管的产率最高,约为17g/g.cat。催化剂的最佳组成为:LaCu0.2Ni0.8Oy。LaCu_xNi_ 1-XO_y(x=0,0.05, 0.1,0.2, 0.3, 0.4 ,0.5,0.6,0.7,0.8,1)was obtained by adding Cu into LaNiO_3. LaCu_xNi_ 1-XO_y was used as catalysts and carbon nanotubes were made through C_2H_2 decomposition. TEM images showed that carbon nanotubes made by LaCu_xNi_ 1-XO_y (0<x<1) are smaller and more even in diameter than those made by LaNiO_3. Composition of catalyst also has great effect on the yield of carbon nanotubes. When copper content is between 0.05 and 0.2, its yield is highest, about 17g/g·catal. And the best component of catalyst was LaCu_ 0.2Ni_ 0.8O_y.
