摘  要:江苏油田轻烃回收装置是一套小型处理装置,日处理天然气为3×104m3,该套装置以来自真武、永安、曹庄等三个油田的原油伴生气为原料,通过增压、制冷方式分离出轻烃,得到合格的干气。本文通过分析该套装置在运行中存在冷量损耗大、氨压缩机因负荷大出现自动停机频繁等问题,对生产工艺流程进行改造,充分利用冷量,节约能源,提高轻烃收率。The light hydrocarbon recovery unit in Jiangsu oil field is a small one and its processing ability is 3×104 m3/d. The feed gas is the associated gas of crude oil from Zhenwu, Yongan and Caozhuang oil field. Light hydrocarbon is separated to get the qualified dry gas through supercharge and refrigeration. The article points out the unit problems, such as great loss of cold quantity and frequent auto-stop of ammonia compressor caused by too much load. The operation process is improved in order to make full uses of the cold quantity, save energy and increase the light hydrocarbon recovery rate.
