双氯灭痛胶浆剂的镇痛和解痉作用

摘　　要：双氯灭痛胶浆剂(小鼠ig,9～45mg·ks^(-1)能显著抑制小鼠热板、扭体和嘶叫反应。豚鼠离体回肠试验结果表明,双氯灭痛胶浆剂20mg·L^(-1)能明显抑制乙酰胆碱,组织胺、氯化钡所致的肠肌痉挛。急性毒性试验测得该制剂小鼠ig LD_(50)为135.10±7.96mg·kg^(-1)。Analgesic actin of MDS was demonstrated in mice by using the analgesic assays of writhing,hot plate and squeak. The experimental results showed that the effect of writhing, hot plate and squeak reaction of mouse was markedly suppressed by MDS at the doses of 9~45mg·kg-1 ig. The pain threshold in mice was elevated significantly by MDS.The contraction of the ileac muscles of the quinea-pig induced by acetylcholine, histamine or barium chloride was relaxed by MDS at the concentration of 20mg · L-1.The LD50 of MDS was 135. 10±7. 96mg· kg-1 ig in mice.
