摘　　要：对68例移位较大的锁骨骨折采用手术切开复位髓内克氏针固定治疗,效果满意,无一例骨折不愈合发生。手术疗法有以下优点:(1)复位理想,不残留畸形;(2)固定可靠,肩关节可早期活动锻炼,不易发生骨折病;(3)健侧肢体活动不受限制,生活方便,并可及早恢复学习与工作。Operative treatment with Kirschner wire fixation operation was performed on 68 cased of displaced fracture of clavicle. Resulte of this group was good. None bone non ?union case was occured in this group. Benifit of this method:①good reduction,no malformation. ②good fixation and early active. Prevent fractural disease. ③no limited of opposite shoulder lurning and working.
