摘　　要：通过对水电厂主要运行指标的分析,从安全生产角度探讨了如何用可靠性管理提高我国水电厂运行管理水平,建立衡量水电厂管理水平的6个可靠性指标,并针对不同类型水电厂提出不同的可靠性管理策略。By analyzing the main operation targets of the hydropower plants, discusses how to use the reliability management to improve the operation management level from the safe-production angle. Six reliability targets are presented for evaluating the management level of the hydropower plants. The respective reliability management tactics are proposed according to differert types of hydropower plant.
