彩色室壁动力分析（Color　Kinesis）技术评价左室各节段室壁运动功能准确性的探讨

摘　　要：为验证ＣｏｌｏｒＫｉｎｅｓｉｓ（ＣＫ）技术的准确性，由有丰富超声工作经验者、少经验者用常规室壁运动分析法与ＣＫ技术对比，分别对１３例健康者、５例陈旧性心肌梗塞患者左室各节段室壁运动状态用两种方法进行超声评分。结果显示：ＣＫ技术的总积分与富有超声工作经验的检查者的常规评分评的总积分值之间无显著性差异，Ｐ＞０．０５；与少经验者评分的总积分之间有显著性差异，Ｐ＜０．０５。提示ＣＫ技术可以对左室各节段室壁运动做出更直观、更准确迅速的判断。Acoustic Quantification Color Kinesis(AQCK) is a new technique for the echocardiographic assessment of segmental left ventricular(LV) wall motion based on acoustic quantification technique.The purpose of this study was to examine the validity and accuracy of the AQCK imaging system for easuring LV wall motiom score,13 normal subjects(mean age 33±2.5),and 5 cases(mean age 51±5)of old yocardial infarction(all with an aneurysm in the apex)were included in this study.LV wall were divided nto nine segments according to Heger's and wall motion scores were integrated by experienced observers and less-experienced observers.The results showed no significance of the total integrated scores obtained by the experienced observers between the AQCK technique and the conventional technique,while significant difference occurred by the less experienced observers.It is concluded that AQCK imaging system provides a new objective and accurate method for analysing regional LV wall motion on two-dimensional echo images.
