血液灌流对长期血液透析病人各项指标改善的临床研究和护理体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨血液灌流、血液透析联合治疗比单独血液透析治疗尿毒症的优越性。方法:回顾分析66例使用血液灌流血液透析联合治疗患者,随机抽取其中30例,计算肌酐、尿素氮、中分子毒素(middlemoleculesubstancesMMS)下降率,患者睡眠、食欲、高血压、皮肤瘙痒等症状改善情况,另以30例单纯运用血液透析患者作对照,比较其透析效果。结果:血液灌流、血液透析联合治疗患者透后血肌苷和尿素氮均下降60%,顽固性皮肤瘙痒等临床症状明显改善,无明显并发症,其透析效果远远超出单纯血液透析患者。结论:血液灌流是一种安全、有效的方法,配合血液透析使用可以提高患者生存质量,延长患者生命。Objective To explore the superiority of hemoperfusion（HP） combined with hemodialysis（HD）（HP/HD） in the treatment of uremia compared with HD only. Method 66 cases treated with HP/HD were analyzed restrospectively, 30 of whom were selected randomly and 30 cases used HD only were chosen as control. We detected descending rate of Scr, BUN and MMS, also the improvement of symptoms, such as sleeping, appetite, hypertension and skin itching, in order to compare their therapeutic efficacy. Rusults After treatment of HP/HD, the level of Scr, BUN and MMS all descended 60% and the clinical symptoms like intractable skin itching relieved obviously without noticeable complications. The therapeutic efficacy signlficandy exceeded that of using HD only. Conclusion HP is an effective and safe method, combined with hemodialysis can improve the living quality of patients and prolong their life span.
