临床护理路径在腹腔镜围手术期中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨临床护理路径在妇科腹腔镜围手术期中的应用效果。方法:将2005年10月￣2006年3月收治的腹腔镜手术患者100例,随机分成两组,一组用传统临床护理方法,一组应用临床护理路径(CNP)方法实施护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果:观察组患者健康知识掌握程度高于对照组,护理质量满意度也高于对照组,且住院天数少于对照组。结论:在妇科腹腔镜围手术期中应用CNP护理方法优于传统护理方法,是值得推广和应用的方法。Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway （CNP） in the perioperative period of laparoscopic operation in the department of gynecology and obstetrics. Method 100 patients treated with laparoscope from October 2005 to March 2006 were divided into two groups randomly, the observative group applied CNP and the control group applied traditional clinical nursing method. The nursing efficacy of these two groups were compared. Results Both mastering of health knowledge and satisfac- tion for nursing quality in the observative group are higher than that of the control group, and in-patient days of observative group was shorter than that of control group. Conclusion CNP is prior to the traditional clinical nursing method in the perioperative period of laparoscopic operation in department of gynecology and obstetrics. It deserves extending and applying.
