摘　　要：目的观察普鲁卡因和654-2对柔红霉素静脉损伤的保护作用。方法青紫兰种家兔36只,随机分为注射柔红霉素组,注射654-2加柔红霉素组,注射普鲁卡因加柔红霉素组,右耳缘静脉给药,注射后第7天处死,自静脉穿刺处1 cm开始,取长3 cm、宽1 cm耳廓组织标本,光学显微镜观察静脉内膜损伤情况。结果A组静脉内膜损伤积分高于B组C组、C组损伤积分明显低于A组(P<0.05)。结论普鲁卡因对柔红霉素致静脉损伤有显著的保护作用。Objective To observe the protective effect of procaine and 654-2 on vein injury induced by daunorubicin. Methods 36 rabbits were randomly divided into three groups, daunorubicin group （group A）, 654-2 ＋ daunorubicin group （group B） and procaine ＋ daunorubicin group （group C）. Drugs were injected into the right ear-brim vein of rabbits and then killed the rabbits at the seventh day after injection. Venous specimens of 3 cm×1 cm, at a distance of leto from the puncture was collected. Injury degrees of endovenous membrane were examined under an optical microscope. Results The cumulative score of emdovenous membrane injury of group A is higher than that of group B and group C, there is significant difference between group C and group A （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The procaine has the protective effect on endovenous injury induced by daunorubicin.
