摘　　要：目的对烧伤病房的消毒效果进行监测,以筛选简便、经济而有效的消毒方法,降低院内感染率。方法对烧伤病房、治疗室、换药室采取不同方法进行消毒,消毒前后对其空气及物体表面采集样本进行菌落计数及细菌培养,并对消毒效果进行分析、评价。结果烧伤病房、治疗室、换药室因其环境不同,同一种消毒方法在消毒效果上存在差异。结论烧伤病房、治疗室、换药室均有各自的最佳消毒方法,对其进行定期监测能及时发现影响消毒效果的原因,利于控制医院感染的发生。Objective To screen the convenience, economic and effective disinfection method by studying the disinfection effect of the bums sickroom, and reduce the hospital infection rate. Methods Sterilizing the bums sickroom, cure room and surgery by different disinfection method, then measuring the disinfection effect of it＇s air and object surfaces. Collecting the sample from them to germ count and germ culture, then analyze and evaluate the best disinfection method, Results Using the same kind of disinfection method in bums sickroom, cure room and surgery room, the disinfection effect and the germ amount were different due to dissimilar circumstance. Conclusions Burns sickroom, cure room and surgery have different, way of disinfection, the timely disinfection effect moniioring would be benefit to control the hospital＇s infection rate.
