摘　　要：Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect of scalp multiple needle insertion by electric stimulation in the treatment of ischemic apoplexy, Methods： Scalp multiple needle insertion by electric stimulation was used to treat ischemic apoplexy and changes in rheoencephalogram, blood rheology, blood lipid and serum endothelin were observed. Results： The therapeutic effect was remarkable （P〈 0,05） in the observation group and there were obvious changes in rheoencephalogram, blood rheology, blood lipids and serum endothelin （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion.- Scalp multiple needle insertion by electric stimulation has an exact effect in the treatment of ischemic apoplexy. The therapeutic mechanism is related to improvement in blood circulation.目的:观察头皮多点进针电刺激治疗缺血性脑中风的疗效。方法:运用头皮多点进针电刺激治疗缺血性脑中风,并观测脑血流图、血液流变学、血脂及血清内皮素的变化。结果:观测组疗效显著(P<0.05),观测组的脑血流图、血液流变学、血脂及血清内皮素有明显变化(P<0.05)。结论:头皮多点进针电刺激对缺血性脑中风有确切疗效,其治疗机理与改善血液循环有关。
