自拟抗弓形虫汤对小鼠急性弓形虫感染的治疗机制研究

摘　　要：目的观察自拟抗弓形虫汤对急性弓形虫感染小鼠的治疗作用及其作用机理。方法将昆明雌性小鼠随机分三组(A中药抗弓形虫汤组、B复方SMZ组、C模型组),将弓形虫RH株速殖子感染小鼠,2h后灌胃给药,A组给予中药配伍0.5ml(18mg/ml),B组给予0.5ml复方SMZ悬浊液(12mg/ml),治疗组疗程14d,观察至30d,记录小鼠存亡情况;肝组织病理切片采用HE染色;在感染后第3d、6d和第20d用羟胺法分别检测各组小鼠的血清、心、肝和肺组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力。结果A(16.55d)、B(23.20d)组小鼠存活时间均较C(7.85d)组差异有极显著性(P<0.01),其中,A组与B组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05);病理检查A组及B组有不同程度肝细胞肿大、炎症细胞浸润等病变,但与C组相比损伤程度明显减轻,差异有极显著性意义(P<0.01),A组与B组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05);A、B组小鼠各部位SOD活性较C组差异有极显著性(P<0.01),但A组与B组比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论自拟抗弓形虫汤有显著的抗弓形虫作用,它从推迟小鼠死亡时间,保护肝细胞,增强抗氧化损伤等方面发挥重要作用。：Objective To study the protective effect and action mechanisms of serf- prepared anti - toxoplasma decoction on mice infected with tachyzoites of Toxoplasma gondii. Methods Kunming strain of mice were divided randomly into four groups, that was Group A given sell prepared anti - toxoplasma decoction, Group B given compound prescription SMZ, Group C the model group and Group D the normal group. The RH tachyzoites of toxoplasma were used to establish the acute infection mice model. The mortality of mice was noted. The pathologic slices of liver were made with HE. The SOD activity in serum, heart 、liver and lung of mice were detected three, six and twenty days after infection. Results The difference was remarkable （P 〈 0.05） that the average survival time of mice in Goupp A was 16.55d, and 23.20d in Grou B, 30.20d in Group C, all significantly longer than that of mice in Group D （7.85d） （P 〈 0.01）. The harmfulness to liver in Group A and B was lighter than that in Grouop C （P 〈 0.01）. The activity of SOD in serum, heart, liver and lung of mice in Group A and B was significantly different than that in Group C （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. But no significant difference was noticed between Group A and Group B （ P 〉 O. 05）. Conclusion Sell - prepared anti - toxoplasma decoction can inhibit the growth of txoplasma in infected mice, elongate the survival time of the mice , protect the hepatocytes and improve the immune function as well as resisting oxidation.
