摘  要:目的 评价检测疟原虫乳酸脱氢酶快速诊断试纸条产品OptiMAL现场应用效果。方法 以疟原虫镜栓诊断为标准,用OptiMAL试纸条检测疟区门诊发热病人中的疟疾病人。结果 检测间日疟的敏感度为59%(95%CI:0.4754—0.6983),特异度为95%(95%CI:0.9268~0.97);检测恶性疟的敏感度为60%(95%CI:0.2307~0.8824),特异度为99%(95%CI:0.9803—0.9985)。出现1例间日疟交叉反应。结论 快速诊断试纸条能够在基层简易、快捷的用来诊断间日疟和恶性疟。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of OptiMAL assay in rapid detection of plasmodium lactate dehydrogenase in the field. Methods OptiMAL assay was used for detection of malaria cases from feverish outpatient and the results were compared with that of microscopy. Results The sensitivity and specificity of OptiMAL assay for detection of Plasmodium vivax malaria were 59% (95%CI:0.4754 - 0.6983) and 95% (95%CI:0.9268 - 0.9700) ; the sensitivity and specificity of OptiMAL assay for detection of Plasmodiumfalciparttm malaria were 60% (95%CI: 0.2307 - 0.8824) and 99% (95%CI: 0.9803 - 0.9985). Cross reaction was observed in a patient with Plasmodium vivax . Conclusion OptiMAL assay can be used at grassroots level for rapid detection of Plasmodium vivax malaria and Plasmodium falciparum malaria.
