海口市特殊人群艾滋病血清学检测分析

摘　　要：目的了解海口市劳教人员艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染情况。方法对调查对象全部进行ELISAHIV抗体检测,并对阳性者血送HIV确认实验室进行WB确认。结果检测2245例特殊人群抗-HIV抗体,检出HIV感染者10例,检出率为0.445%。结论特殊人群不但是犯罪高发人员,也是HIV感染高发人群,因此要做好高危人群的干预,同时要采取有效措施,防范HIV从高危人群向一般人群扩散。Objective To understand the status of HIV infection among criminals detained in Haikou for reforming through laber. Methods Antibody to HIV was detected from venous blood of the criminals by ELISA. Results Totally 2 245 persons were detected and ten positives were discovered with a positive rate of 0.445 %. Conclusion The detained crimlnals are high risk population of HIV infection. Thus not ouly intervention be carried out but the measure of preventing the spread of HIV infection from high risk population to gemeral population be slso taken.
