清远市某小学一起甲3型流感爆发调查报告

摘　　要：目的分析清远市某小学一起流感爆发的流行特征,评价预防控制措施,为今后流感的防制提供科学依据。方法参考照《国家流行性感冒诊断标准及处理原则》(GB15994-1995)对市、县两级疾控机构调查处理的资料进行流行病学调查分析。结果共80人发病,其中学生78例,教职工2例,学生罹患率27.68%,教师罹患率22.22%。检出病原为H3N2型流感病毒。结论这是一起H3N2型流感病毒爆发疫情,经对疫点采取相应的处理措施,疫情被有效控制。Objective To understand the prevalent features of influenza outbreak in a primary school of Qingyuan City and the control measures were evaluated so as to provide scientific evidence for prevention and control of the disease in the future. Methods The data concerning the prevalence of influenza recorded by disease control and prevention institutions at city and county levels were analyzed according to the National standard of diagnosis of influenza and the principle of management（GB15994 - 1995）. Re- suits There were 80 cases including 78 middle school students and 2 teachers with incidence of 27.68% and 22.22 %. The H3N2 influenza virus strain was identiiqed. Conclusion This influenza outbreak is caused by H3N2 influenza virus strain.
