摘　　要：目的 对ADVIA2120全自动血细胞分析仪测定网织红细胞的性能进行评价。方法用ADVIA2120全自动血细胞分析仪测定高、中、低值网织红细胞样本，进行重复性、携带污染率及稳定性测试，并与手工计数结果比较。取高值样本在技术指标范围内按比例稀释后测定各浓度，进行线性评价。结果 重复性：低值指标高核酸浓度网织红细胞比率CV值较大（13．82％～17．4％），其它各项指标的CV均〈8．19％；线性r=0．9989；稳定性显示，4℃低温24h内网织红细胞百分率计数CV为3．8％；携带污染率为0．22％；与手工法百分率结果比较，相关性好（r=0．9962），差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论 ADVIA2120全自动血细胞分析仪测定网织红细胞携带污染率低、重复性、稳定性、线性好，能满足临床需要，可替代手工计数，但不能区分疟原虫感染引起的干扰。Objective To evaluate the performance of ADVIA2120 for the test of reticulocytes. Methods ADVIA2120 was used for detection of high/normal/low reticulocyte samples and the reproducibility , the rate of carrying contamination and stability were observed. The results were compared with manual method. Results Reproducibility ： except that the CV of high nucleic acid was 13.82 % - 17.4 %, the CV of the other indexes was less than 8.19 % ; linearty ： r = 0.9979 ; stability ： percentage CV of Ret at 4℃ in 24h was 3.8% ; the rate of carrying contamination was 0.22% ; compared with the manual methods ： r= 0.9962, P 〉 0.05. Conclusion The state of carrying contamination by using ADVIA2120 blood - counter system in test of reticulocytes is low, stable and showing a nice linear correlation suitable for clinical use.
