厦门市三次产业的结构调整研究

摘　　要：三次产业结构的优化、升级对厦门经济可持续发展具有重要意义。通过对“十五”期间厦门市相关经济数据的分析,揭示出厦门经济发展主要依靠第二产业推动。这种经济增长方式呈现出第一产业萎缩,城乡差距扩大、能源瓶颈日益凸显,工业效益下降的弊端。因此,厦门市政府应增加对农业的投入和引导,提升第一产业水平、强化自主创新,促进第二产业内部的结构调整,抓住机遇把第三产业培育成为厦门经济发展新的增长点。The improvement and upgrading of the industrial structure are imperative to the hrough comprehensive analysis of the economic data during the tenth five-year plan period, that the past economic development was mostly the result of investment in the secondary industry. This kind of economic growth has various disadvantages, including the withering of the primary indsustainable development of the economy and society of Xiamen. It has been shown clearly, tustry, the widening income gap between the city and the countryside area, the increasingly evere shortage in energy supply and the decreasing industrial efficiency. Therefore, the municipal government of Xiamen should invest more in and provide more guidance to agriculture, upgrading the primary industry and encouraging innovation. At the same time, effort should be spent to accelerate the restructuring of the secondary industry. Last but not least, the government should grasp the chance to groom the tertiary industry into the new highlight of the economic growth of Xiamen.
