摘  要:目的观察低温海水腹腔浸泡对大鼠病理生理变化的影响。方法SD大鼠24只,随机均分为32℃海水浸泡组(A组)、22℃海水浸泡组(B组)及12℃海水浸泡组(C组),观察每一组腹腔海水浸泡前后平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)、乳酸(LA)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、血淀粉酶(AMY)、尿素氮(BUN)及肌酸激酶同丁酶(CKMB)的变化。另取大鼠30只,随机均分为32℃海水浸泡组(D组)、22℃海水浸泡组(E组)及12℃海水浸泡组(F组),用以观察持续腹腔海水浸泡的存活时间。结果(1)F组平均存活时间仅为65分,显著少于D组(681分)及E组(287分)(P<0.01);(2)浸泡30分及浸泡后3小时B、C组MAP、HR与浸泡前及对照组比较均发生显著下降(P<0.05),而C组水平显著低于B组(P<0.05);(3)浸泡后3小时C组血浆LA、LDH、ALT、AMY、BUN及CKMB水平均显著高于A、B组(P<0.01)。结论低温海水浸泡腹腔可引起机体血流动力学迅速发生严重紊乱、代谢恶化及内脏功能损伤,引起大鼠快速死亡。Objective To observe the Effect of celiac immersion by hepothermal seawater on pathophysical changes in rats. Methods Twenty-four SD rats were randomly divided into three groups, i. e. 32℃ seawater immersion group(group A), 22℃ seawater immersion group(group B)and 12℃ seawater immersion group (group C). The changes in mean artery pressure (MAP) , heart rate( HR) were ob served,and the plasma levels of lactic acid (LA), LDH, ALT, AMY, BUN and CKMB were determined. Other thirty rats were randomly divided into 32℃ seawater immersion group(group D), 22℃ seawater immersion group (group E) and 12℃ seawater immersion group (group F),and the survival time during celiac seawater immersion was observed in every group. Results (1)The average Survival dine in group F was only 65min±12min, which was significantly lower C( P 〈0.01 ) than that in groups D(681 min± 174min) and E(287 nm ± 5min). (2) The MAP and HR in group B and C decreased significantly immediately and 3h after the celiac immersion compared with the preimmersion and group A, ( P 〈0.05 ) ,and MAP and HR in group C were significantly lower than that in group B( P 〈0.05). (3) The plasma levels of LA,LDH, ALT, AMY,BUN and CKMB in group C were significantly increased 3h after the celiac immersion compared with group A and B( P 〈20.01). Conclusion The celiac immersion by hepothermal seawater can produce severe changes in the hemodynamics and metabolism,and disfuncdon of multiple organs in the rats, thus rats die quickly.
