摘　　要：采用Pro/E软件对CZ70-1型静水压试压机移动车体进行了应力分析,找出了移动车体车箱在最恶劣工况下的应力分布规律,并对车箱进行了优化设计,对车体的易损件滚动轮轴进行了疲劳强度分析。最后对该移动车体的结构设计提出了建议。With the application of Pro/E software, the stress of model CZ70--1 static hydraulic tester is analyzed, the distributing law of mobile bodywork stress is found out under the worst working conditions, and the optimizing design is given, the fatigue intensity analysis of the shift is calculated. Finally some suggestions are put forward to the structure design of the mobile bodywork.
