摘  要:针对油、水井油管存在的腐蚀、偏磨问题,对油管的腐蚀、磨损机理和螺纹副的失效进行分析,并对油管耐磨防腐处理措施进行评价,认为脉冲真空氮化防腐工艺是国内最新研究开发的一种表面化学处理技术,用该工艺处理的防腐油管能从根本上解决油管材质表层的耐磨、抗蚀性,是可以推广的一种新技术。Based on the problems of tube corrosion and deviation wearing, the mechanism of tube corrosion, wearing and invalidation of screw pairs was studied. The treatment of corrosion--resistance and wear-resistance of tube was also evaluated. The results indicated that the pulse vacuum nitriding technique is a new exploited surface chemistry technology. Using this technology, it can solve the problem of the corrosion-resistance and wear-resistance of tube's material and surface. It has a great potential for application.
