摘　　要：文章主要介绍了如何利用丝光毛和弹力包芯纱生产羊绒型休闲时尚围巾。介绍了丝光毛羊绒型精纺弹力围巾的设计思路,对丝光毛羊绒型精纺弹力围巾的生产工艺流程、原料选择、纺纱、织造、后整理等加工工艺进行了研讨,重点探讨了关键工序的工艺技术参数和操作要求,围绕影响产品质量的因素提出了具体措施。认为利用丝光毛替代羊绒,并结合弹力纱,能够生产出低成本、高附加值、具有广阔发展前景的产品。Using the mercerized wools and the elastic core-spun yarns,it produced the cashmere carl for leisure and fashion life. The design indentity of the mercerlzed-wools cashmere was introduced and the production process, selection of raw material, spinning, weaving and post-treatment of the worsted elastic carl with cashmere of the mercerized wools were also studied in this paper. The operation demands and the process technology parameter of the key working procedure were especially explored. In order to improve the product quality, some concrete methods were put forward.
