摘　　要：SEYDEL679型拉断机是毛条车间的主要生产设备。目前拉断机使用的大皮辊,因工作区以外部分过长,既增加了大皮辊的刮碰现象,又分担了设备的工作压力,增加了设备负荷。同时,由于大皮辊内部的结构不合理,使其固定不好,在运转中,经常出现大皮辊轴向串动,造成因磨边而开胶,导致损坏,直接影响了大皮辊的使用寿命,因此有必要对拉断机大皮辊进行改造。Seydel 679 is principal equipment in acrylictop workshop. The friction rate, pressure of equipment and operating load are increased because that the pressure roller of Seydel 679 is too small in the working area. And then, because of the structure of pressure roller is not appropriate, it can not fix the pressure roller and often moves in axial motion. The pressure roller is often destroyed for rubber split. It is essential to reform the pressure roller of Seydel 679.
