摘　　要：U2afbp-rs基因是一个印记基因,它在附植前胚胎中就表现出强烈的印记作用。因此,U2afbp-rs基因是研究体细胞核移植过程中卵细胞质对供体核DNA甲基化和印记基因表达调控的良好模型。本文对国内外有关U2afbp-rs基因的研究进展,特别是对U2afbp-rs基因的定位、结构、印记机制以及其在胚胎中的表达特征进行了综述。U2afop-rs, an imprinting gene, has shown sharp imprinting in embryo during preimplantation development. Therefore, U2afop-rs gene is an ideal model for the re＇search on how oocyte cytoplasm regulates the DNA methylation of the donor nuclear and the expression of imprinting gene during the process of somatic nuclear transplantation. The orientation, structure, imprinting mechanism and the expression of U2afbp-rs gene are discussed in this review.
