摘 要:目的观察流行性腮腺炎病毒抗体在男性生殖道分泌液中的分布状况,探讨其对男性生殖功能的影响。方法采用微孔板酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)对30例生育男性和110例不育症患者精浆中抗流行性腮腺炎病毒抗体免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)进行了检测。结果不育症患者精浆中腮腺炎病毒IgG阳性者61例(55.5%),抗体平均水平为367 U/ml;IgM阳性者9例(8.2%),抗体平均水平为56U/ml;IgG和IgM同时阳性者4例(3.6%);生育组仅6例(20.0%)IgG呈现阳性,抗体平均水平为148 U/ml,明显低于不育症者。不育症组IgG阳性率以无精子症组最高,IgM阳性率以少精子症组最高。精浆中IgG在精子活动力正常组和不良组、精浆AsAb阳性组和AsAb阴性组之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。IgM在WBC精液组和非WBC精液组、精浆AsAb阳性组和AsAb阴性组之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。IgG和IgM同时阳性在WBC精液组和非WBC精液组之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论精浆中腮腺炎病毒IgG阳性率与精子密度呈正相关。男性感染腮腺炎病毒所致的睾丸炎,可以引起精子数量严重减少或无精子症,并且可以影响精子的活动力,对以后生育功能可能带来不良的影响。Objective To investigate the distribution of the antibody of the anti-mumps virus in the secretion of the male genital tract and its effect on the male reproduction. Methods By using the ELISA, both IgG and IgM of anti-mumps virus in seminal plasma of both 30 fertile males and,110 infertile males were measured. Results In the seminal plasma of the infertile males, 61males(55.5 % )were IgG positive, and the average levels of the antibody were 367U/ml;9 males(8.2%) were IgM positive, and the average levels of the antibody were 56U/ml; there were 4 males (3.6 % ) whose seminal plasma were both IgG and IgM positive. In the seminal plasma of the fertile males, only 6 males(20.0 % ) were IgG positive, and the average levels of the antidody, significantly lower than those in the infertile males, were 148 U/ml. Among the infertile males, the highest positive rate of IgG existed in the males with azoospermia, while the highest positive rate of IgM in the males with oligospermatism. The levels of IgG in the seminal plasma were significantly different between males with normal motility of sperm and males with abnormal motility of sperm, as well as between AsAb positive and AsAb negative ( P 〈 0.05). There was a significant difference of the levels of the IgM between the seminal fluid with WBC and the seminal fluid without WBC (P 〈 0.05), as well as between the positive AsAb and the negative AsAb in the seminar plasma ( P 〈 0.01 ). There was also a significant difference of both IgG and IgM positive between the seminal with WBC and the semimal without WBC( P 〈 0.01). Conclusion The positive rate of IgG in the antibody of anti-mumps virus is in positive correlation with sperm density. The testitis caused by the infection of the mumps virus in the male may lead to the bad reduction of the sperm numbers or to azoospermia, and may affect the motility of sperm, therefore, affecting the fertility in the future.
