缬沙坦对高血压患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察缬沙坦的降压效果及对高血压患者生活质量的影响。方法对176例原发性高血压患者采用答卷方式调查其生活质量指标,并检测其动态血压指标。服用缬沙坦,80mg/d,8周后复查并比较治疗前、后动态血压变化及生活质量的变化。结果治疗前后其动态血压各指标,患者的健康感觉、躯体症状、工作能力、性生活状况、认识功能、社会参与能力、生活满足感等比较均有统计学意义(P均<0.01),睡眠状态比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论缬沙坦能有效降低高血压,并提高高血压患者的生活质量。Objective To observe the effect of blood pressure control and the quality of life of hypertension patients treated with valsartan. Methods 176 patients with primary hypertension were randomly allocated to the treatment with valsatan （80mg/d） for 8 weeks and the dynamic blood pressure and quality of life before and after treatment were compared with questionairs. Results All indexes of dynamic blood pressure, health feeling, somaticsymptom, work capacity and sexual life, cognitive capacity, social activities and lifesatisfaction had greater improvement in the hypertension patients（ P 〈 0.01 ）. There was no significant difference in sleeping quality（ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The blood pressure can be significantly reduced and the quality of life of hypertension patients can be improved with valsartan medication.
