摘　　要：目的 总结对性病神经症患者的治疗护理措施和经验。方法 分析120例性病神经症的临床表现，采取疏泄、解释、安慰、情感支持、暗示等措施进行心理治疗和护理。结果 经过2～8个月的治疗和护理，120例患者均获满意疗效。结论 加强心理治疗和护理是促进性病神经症患者康复的有效途径。Objective To summarize the treatment and nursing of venereal neurosis. Methods The clinical manifestations of 120 cases of venereal neurosis were analyzed and then mental treatment and nursing were given to patients by means of catharsis, expressive therapy, consolation, affective support and suggestion therapy. Re. suits All cases got satisfactory curative effects after 2--8months of treatment and nursing. Conclusion Strengthening mental treatment and nursing can help to treat venereal neurosis effectively.
