摘　　要：从我国授权作物新品种与非授权作物新品种定义比较出发,提出农作物新品种知识产权保护的途径,即以植物新品种权保护为核心,及专利权、遗传资源保护、著作权及科技成果奖励法、合同法等构成完整的保护体系。Based on comparison of definitions between authorized and non-authorized new crop varieties in China, it is proposed that the approach to protect the intellectual property right for new crop varieties is taking the rights protection for new plant varieties as the core, integrated with patent right and genetic resource protection, copyright, law of scientific and technological achievements reward, and contract law, to set up a complete protection sygstem.
