高效液相色谱法测定刺五加浸膏中异秦皮啶的含量

摘　　要：目的 测定刺五加浸膏中异秦皮啶的含量。方法 采用高效液相色谱法，C18色谱柱为固定相，乙腈-水（60：40）为流动相，检测波长为345nm。结果 异秦皮啶的含量在0．44-2．2μg范围内，峰面积与其浓度呈良好线性关系（r=0．9997）.平均回收率为102．95％，RSD为2．4％（n=6）。结论 该法简单准确，重现性好。Objective To determine the content of isofrasidin in Ciwujia Jingao. Methods HPLC was used. The stationary, phase was Spherixorb C18column. The moble phase was acetonitrile-water（60： 40）. The UV detection wavelength was 345 nm. Results There was a good linear relationship within the concentration rang of 0.44 - 2.2μg of isofraxidin Ciwujia Jingao（ r = 0. 999 7 ）. The average recovery was 102.95% （ n = 6） ,RSD = 2.4%. Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and easy to operate.
