双料喉风含服片药理实验的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨双料喉风含服片的消炎效果.方法不同浓度的双料喉风含服片对小鼠、大鼠灌胃给药,观察其耳朵、踝关节炎症的抗炎效果、棉球对腹腔肉芽肿形成及醋酸致小鼠腹腔伊文思兰渗出量的影响。结果双料喉风含服片可显著抑制炎症反应、腹腔肉芽肿形成及伊文思兰渗出量(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论双料喉风含服片有良好的消炎作用。Objective To study the anti - inflammatory effects of Shuangliaohoufeng oral tablet. Methods The anti - inflammatory effect on the inflammatory response in mice ears and ankle joints, the formation of cotton - ball - induced granuloma of rats and the effusion of evans blue in mice abdomen induced by acetic acid were observed after the rats were applied internally with Shuangliaohoufeng oral tablet with different concentration. Results The results showed that Shuangliaohoufeng oral tablet could more significantly restrain the inflammatory response, the formation of cotton - ball - induced granuloma and the effusion of evans blue. Conclusion Shuangliaohoufeng oral tablet has good anti - inflammatory effects.
