摘 要:目的探讨心脑通络液治疗缺血性心脏病的机理。方法使用兔开胸结扎冠状动脉造成缺血性心脏病模型,将30只兔随机分成5组,即假手术组、模型组、地奥心血康组、心脑通络液高、低剂量组。2 d后检测NO及其基因表达,ET-1及其基因表达。结果心脑通络液能升高NO水平,降低ET-1水平,升高ecNOS mRNA水平,降低ET-1 mRNA水平,疗效优于地奥心血康组(P<0.05)。结论心脑通络液能从基因转录和翻译水平对ecNOS,ET-1进行调节,显著升高家兔心肌缺血后血清中NO水平,降低ET-1水平,减轻缺血状态下对心肌细胞和血管内皮细胞造成的损害,具有保护缺血心肌细胞及血管内皮功能的功效。Objective To study mechanism of treating Ischemia heart disease with Xinnaotongluoye. Methods Made the model of AMI by tieing up the rabbit's coronary artery. Divided the rabbits into five groups. After two days the NO,Et-1 and their mRNA level were observed. Results The study showed Xinnaotongluoye could make level of NO and its mRNA up and the level of ET-1 and its mRNA down, the relative effect was more significant in the Xinnaotongluoye group than the Diaoxinxuekang group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Xinnaotongluoye can improve the level of NO and its mRNA, the level of ET-1 and its mRNA to protect the myocardium against the harm of Ischemia heart disease.
