四物汤抗炎止痒作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨四物汤的抗炎、止痒作用。方法选用多种致炎模型和瘙痒模型,观察不同剂量四物汤对实验动物的耳肿胀、足跖肿胀、皮肤毛细血管通透性及全身和局部皮肤瘙痒的影响。结果在抗炎实验中,四物汤能不同程度地抑制二甲苯所致的小鼠耳肿胀和角叉菜胶所致的小鼠足跖肿胀,并能拮抗磷酸组织胺所致的小鼠毛细血管通透性增高。在止痒实验中,四物汤能明显降低右旋糖酐诱导的小鼠瘙痒发作次数及瘙痒持续时间,并可增加豚鼠耐受磷酸组织胺的致痒阈。结论四物汤具有良好的抗炎、止痒作用。Objective To study the effects of SiWu Decoction on anti-inflammatory and anti-pruritus. Methods The effects of anti-inflammation and anti-pruritus of different doses of SiWu decoction were observed by several inflammation and itching models such as ears swelling of mice, toes swelling of mice , the skin capillary, penetrability of mice, and systemic or local skin pruritus of experimental animal. Results In anti -inflammation assay, SiWu Decoction could inhibit the mice ears swelling induced by xy- lene and the mice toes swelling caused by carrageenin and the capillary penetrability of mice caused by histamine phosphate to dif- ferent degree. In anti - inflammatory assay, SiWu Decoction could decrease scratching frequency and duration induced by dextran, and increase itch - threshold of cavy caused by histamine phosphate. Condusion SiWu Decoction has significant effects of anti-inflammation and anti-prurltus.
