青翘与青翘种子及老翘中连翘苷的含量测定

摘　　要：目的测定青翘、青翘种子与老翘中连翘苷含量。方法高效液相色谱法。结果青翘中连翘苷含量为0.23%;青翘种子中连翘苷含量为0.03%;老翘中为0.18%。结论青翘中连翘苷含量高于老翘,且青翘中连翘苷主要来源于果壳。Objective This paper reported the determination of forsythin content in green, grown Forsythia suspen and the seed. Methods HPLC. Results The content of forsythin in green herb was 0.23% , in seed was 0.03%, and in grown herb was 0.18%. Conclusion The content of forsythin in green herb is higher than that in grown herb.
