摘　　要：目的探讨β-细辛醚的平喘作用。方法豚鼠随机分成β-细辛醚高、中、低剂量组、阳性药物组(离体实验为氨茶碱,整体实验为地塞米松)和模型空白对照组,以豚鼠离体气管片实验和卵蛋白喷雾致喘整体实验,研究β-细辛醚的平喘作用。结果β-细辛醚可直接舒张豚鼠离体气管平滑肌;对整体哮喘模型,β-细辛醚能延长哮喘发作的潜伏时间,减轻症状发作的严重程度。结论β-细辛醚有平喘作用。Objective To study on the effect of β-asarone on bronchial asthma. Methods The Guinea pigs were randomly divided into five groups β-asarone of high dose, β-asarone of moderate dose, β-asarone of low dose, aminophylline in vitro or dexamethasone in vivo, and control. Adopted the Guinea pig＇s tracheal slice test in vitro and ovalhumin - induced asthma test in vivo respectively to study the effect of β- asarone on bronchial asthma. Results β-asarone with all three doses showed the effect of the relaxation of the contractive tracheal slices in vitro, and the prolongation of the asthma delitescence, mitigate the serious extent of symptoms of asthma in vivo. Conclusion β-asarone has positive effect on bronchial asthma.
