摘　　要：混业经营模式在金融一体化的趋势下已经成为了当今世界的主流,面对全球的混业浪潮及我国金融市场的逐步开放,混业经营是将会是我国金融经营体制的发展方向和必然选择。然而,基于我国金融发展程度、风险控制能力、监管水平等因素,我国还有必要坚持分业经营的选择下,逐步实现分业经营向混业经营的平稳过渡。Mixed-industry model today in world financial integration trends has become the main stream. In the face of the global wave of mixed industry and the gradual opening up of China＇s financial market, mixed-industry will be the direction of China＇s financial operating system and simutaneously an inevitable choice. However, based on the level of development of China＇s financial and risk management capabilities, standards of regulation and supervision and other factors, we also need to stick to the choice of separating operation and based on this to achieve the goal of a smooth transition from progressive separate operation to the realization of the mixed-industry.
