摘　　要：控制与保护开关电器(CPS)是一种新型的用于低压配电与控制系统的多功能、一体化基础元件。文章对CPS的构成及主要特性进行介绍的同时,也对其在防爆电器中的应用进行了分析,并列举了应用实例。由于其具有高分断能力、较好的灭弧效果及高集成化等优点而使得CPS在防爆电器中发挥出了更大作用。The control and protection switching electric appliance （ CPS ）is a sort of New - style multifunction and integration component design to low - voltage distribution and control system. In this article, it is introduced the structure and main characteristics of CPS, meanwhile, it is analyzed the application of Ex electrical appliance with the example of its application. Owing to some excellent feature of CPS, such as the high interrupting capacity, preferable arc extinguishing effect and high integration, it takes very important roles in Ex electrical appliance.
