摘  要:目的:研究娃儿藤属植物七层楼根中的抗肿瘤活性成分。方法:在抗肿瘤活性部位筛选的基础上,利用多种柱色谱方法对其中的化学成分进行了分离,通过理化常数和波谱分析鉴定了所得化合物的结构。结果:从该植物中共分得8个化合物,其结构分别鉴定为:异去羟基娃儿藤宁(antofine,Ⅰ)、新白前酮(hancolu-penone,Ⅱ)、新白前醇(hancolupenol,Ⅲ)、香荚兰酸(vanillicacid,Ⅳ)、丁香酸(syringicacid,Ⅴ)、阿魏酸(ferulicacid,Ⅵ)、β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,Ⅶ)、胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,Ⅷ)。结论:此8个化合物均为首次从该植物中分到,其中Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ均为首次从该属植物中分到,Ⅰ有明显抑制肿瘤细胞生长的作用。AIM: To study the antitumor constituents from roots of Tylophorafloribunda Miq. METHOD: Bioactive fractions were obtained from the crude extract of Tylophora floribunda Miq. by screening of antitumor activity. The constituents were isolated and purified by various chromatographic methods. All compounds were identified on the basis of spectral analysis and physico-chemical characters. RESULT: Eight compounds were isolated and identified as antofine( Ⅰ ) , hancolupenone(Ⅱ ), hancolupenol(Ⅲ ), vanillic acid( Ⅳ ), syringic acid( Ⅴ ), ferulic acid( Ⅵ ), sitosterol(Ⅶ ) and daucosterol( Ⅷ ), respectively. CONCLUSION: Compounds Ⅰ -Ⅶ were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compound Ⅰ could significantly inhibit the growth of cancer cell.
