摘　　要：针对目前尼龙钢丝综成型车生产过程中存在扎车问题,导致废品率较高现象,采用现代晶体管开关技术,将时间继电器和电磁驱动装置组成无触点时间差控制的成型车扎车保护装置,最大限度地避免了扎车造成的钢丝综废品,减少了生产过程中的意外经济损失,提高了钢丝综生产技术装备自动化水平。Regarding the frequent off-production caused by the accidental shut-down in the process of the wire heald binding,using the switch technology of transistor to integrate the time relay into the electromegnetic driving system as a non-contact time differencial protection device against the accidental shut-down in process of wire heald binding,as a result,off-production is avoided and accidental economy loss reduced consequently. The automation of the wire heald binding technology is updated.
