摘  要:腈纶装置的油剂是循环利用的,在生产高缩率品种时丝束带入油剂中含水量较大,加大了蒸汽消耗。文中对挤水机的研制过程、工作原理及结构优化进行了论述。挤水机经过多次技术改进,投用后实现了与原生产线系统的匹配运行,且运行平稳,达到了节能降耗的目的。The finish oils used in the acrylic fiber plants can be recycled. The amount of water carried into finished oil by the tow is very large when producing high-shrinkage grade product, hence the steam consumption is increased. The development process, working principle and structural optimization of water expeller is discussed in this article. Through several times of technical improvements, the expeller, after putting into operation, has matched the original production line, run stably and reached the target of energy conservation.
