精练漂白剂NF-1在莫代尔/棉针织物上的应用

摘　　要：介绍了精练漂白剂NF-1的性能和工作原理,确定了Modal棉混纺针织物练漂处方,探讨了练漂温度、练漂时间和NF-1用量对莫代尔/棉混纺针织物精练漂白效果的影响.确定的最佳精练漂白工艺条件为：精练漂白剂NF-1 1～3 g/L,温度95 ℃,时间40～60 min.结果表明,用该方法处理的莫代尔/棉混纺针织物毛效好、白度好、失重少,染色均匀.The property and mechanism of scouring and bleaching agent NF-1 were introduced. The recipe of scouring and bleaching of Modal/cotton knitted fabric was settled. The influence of temperature, time and dosage of NF-1 to scouring and bleaching effect was discussed. So the optimal process condition of scouring and bleaching was settled as follows： NF-1 1-3 g/L,temperature 95 ℃,time 40 -60 min. As a result, the treated fabric featured good capillary effect and whiteness, less loss of weight and level dyeing.
