摘　　要：传统的平网印花机控制系统不能实时监测生产过程中出现的“错花”、“跑花”等现象,采用图像处理技术使平网印花机实现对花在线检测。设计了一种基于DM642的平网印花机自动对花检测系统,为实现平网印花机全自动对花提供了解决方案。The traditional control system of flat screen printing machine cannot online inspect the off pattern and making realtime adjustment during printing. The scheme that applying digital image processing technology to the automatic inspecting registration system was introduced. On the basis of the scheme, an automatic registering system of the flat screen printing machine was designed with DM642, a chip of DSP, and offer a scheme to realize the automatic registration.
