摘　　要：分析国内捆钞机的现状,针对市场上捆钞机的不足,设计了捆扎过程的全自动控制系统,采用三点粘接,使捆紧力加大,捆扎效果平整美观,以满足银行对新一代全自动捆钞机的要求。介绍了KX系列三点式全自动捆钞机的原理与实现,并给出了相应的硬件结构框图和部分软件框图以及各种非正常情况的处理方法。Analyzing the status of the fully automatic paper currency binder in our country, we designed the packing of fully automatic control machine in the whole process according to the defects of paper currency hinder in market. The machine can achieve attaching with three points. The packing force is big and the effect is perfect and pleasing to the eye. It can meet the need of bank. This paper introduces the principle and design of KX fully automatic paper currency binder, gives makeup of hardware and some software. Some disposal of abnormal instances is mentioned.
