摘 要:从理论上分析了压差控制方式的原理、控制特点及应用场合,建立了相应的数学模型。认为:由于压差设定值采用末端支路设计负荷下的压差值,因而系统运行可靠;压差设定值越大,系统的节能率越小,循环水泵在高效区内的变频范围越小,反之亦然;系统的节能效果还受变频器效率、电机效率、水泵效率及负荷分布的影响;采用变压差控制可减少阀门的节流损失,具有更好的节能效果。Principles,characteristics and application situation of pressure difference control were analysed theoretically. Mathematical models of the control method were established. Conclusions are drawn that system is credible for applying the pressure difference value under design condition as control value;The more the pressure difference value is,the less the energy-saving rate is and the less scope of high efficiency of variable pump is,and vice versa. The energy-saving effects are influenced by the efficiency of transducer, motor, pump and distribution of load;Applying variable pressure difference control can reduce throttle loss and achieve better energy-saving effect.
