摘　　要：信息资源的开发与利用受到党和国家的高度重视,结合水利信息化建设工作的实际,分析了水利信息资源开发与利用的现状,阐述了建立各级水利数据中心,整合水利信息资源,构建统一的水利信息管理体系的相关问题,论述了当前水利信息资源的共享主要任务,提出了推进水利信息资源开发与共享的思路与方式。The CPC Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the exploitation and utilization of information resources. Combining with the reality of water resources informatization construction work, this article analyses the status of the work, elaborates issues for setting up water resources data centers at all levels, conforming water resources information resources, constructing uniform water resources information management system. Then, main missions for present share of water resources information resources are discussed, and new ideas and method for promoting water resources information resources exploitation and share are put forward.
