桂南与桂北微小按蚊杂交试验

摘　　要：通过杂交试验，发现桂南与桂北两地微小按蚊杂种后代均可育，杂种Ｆ１卵巢营养细胞多线染色体呈联会状态。证明桂南与桂北两地微小按蚊之间不存在生殖隔离。Hybridization experiments were cbnducted by forced mating between Anopheles min- imus btained from the southern and northern parts of Guangxi.The F1 hybrid males and femaLwere all fertile.The ovarian nurse cell polytene chromosolnes from F1 hybrid femalesshowed synapsis in all the zones of the chromosomes.Hence,it is obvious that there isn’t any re-productive isolation between the Anopheles minimus from the southern and northern parts ofGuangxi.They are of the same species.
