摘  要:利用触角电位(electroantennogram,简称EAG)技术和风洞试验,测试了东北大黑鳃金龟成虫对两种绿叶气味——反-2-己烯醛和5-甲基-1-己醇的电生理和行为反应:雌雄金龟子对两种气味都能产生EAG反应,其反应强度随着剂量的增加而增强,且对5-甲基-1-己醇的反应强度略高于对反-2-己烯醛的反应强度;雌虫对这些气味的EAG灵敏度高于雄虫。光周期不影响雌雄两性对这些绿叶气味的EAG反应。行为测试结果显示,反-2-己烯醛对成虫具有定向作用,5-甲基-1-己醇对成虫无显著的行为作用。Electroantennogram (EAG) and wind tunnel were used to test electrophysiological and behavioral responses of Holotrichia oblita Faldcrmann to odors such as E - 2 - hexenal and 5 - Methyl - 1 - hexanol from green leaves. Both female and male elicited EAG responses which increased with augment of dosage in intensity. Moreover, EAG level to 5 - Methyl - 1 - hexanol is slightly higher than that to E - 2 - hexenal. The sensitivity of female to odors is higher than that of male. EAG responses of female and male to odors from green leaves are not 'affected by photoperiod. Result of wind tunnel showed that E - 2 - hexenal has orientating action toward imagoes, while 5 - Methyl - 1 - hexanol has no obvious function on the behavior of imagoes.
