摘 要:采用室内急性中毒试验法,研究水环境钙、镁对中国林蛙蝌蚪生存的影响。结果表明,钙对蝌蚪的急性毒性表现为双向剂量效应,Ca^2+质量浓度对蝌蚪24h半致死值为2.6mg/L及139.6mg/L,其95%置信限分别为1.9~3.6mg/L和123.6~156.9mg/L;48h半致死值为4.0mg/L及121.4mg/L,95%置信限分别为3.5—4.7mg/L和102.4~140.8mg/L;生存的安全值为27.5mg/L。镁对蝌蚪的急性毒性表现为单向剂量效应,Mg^2+质量浓度对蝌蚪24h、48h半致死值分别为331.4mg/L及209.6mg/L,95%置信限分别为199.6—481.0mg/L和173.5-246.2mg/L;生存的安全值25.2mg/L。钙、镁混合物对蝌蚪的联合毒性表现为单向剂量效应,Ca^2+Mg^2+总质量浓度对蝌蚪24h、48h半致死值分别为330.9mg/L及267.9mg/L,95%置信限分别为286.8—355.0mg/L和252.4~282.9mg/L;生存的安全值52.7mg/L。Ca^2+、Mg^2+对蝌蚪的急性毒性作用表现为拮抗效应。蝌蚪养殖水环境Ca^2+、Mg^2+质量浓度及Ca^2++Mg^2+总质量浓度应分别控制在20~50mg/L、20—80mg/L和50—150mg/L。A one-way toxicity test was conducted to determine the acute toxicity of calcium and magnesium to wild Rana chensinensis. Results showed that the acute toxicity of calcium to tadpoles displays two-way dose effect. The median lethal concentration ( LC50 ) ( with 95% confidence intervals) of the concentration of calcium for 24 hours was 2.6 ( 1.9 - 3.6) and 139.6 ( 123.6 - 156.9) mg/L, the LC50 for 48 hours was 4.0 (3.5 - 4.7) and 121.4 ( 102.4 - 140.8) mg/L, and the safe concentration (SC) was 27.5 mg/L. The acute toxicity of magnesium to R. chensinensis displays one-way dose effect, the LC50 for 24 and 48 hours were 331.4 ( 199.6 - 481.0) and 209.6 ( 173.5 - 246.2) mg/L, respectively, and the SC was 25.2 mg/L. The joint effect of the mixture with total concentration of calcium plus magnesium to R. chensinensis displays one-way dose effect. The LC50 for 24 and 48 hours were 330.9 (286.8 - 355.0) and 267.9 (252.4 - 282.9 ) mg/ L, respectively, and the SC was 52.7 mg/L. The toxicity of calcium can be crippled by magnesium. In the water of breeding R. chensinensis, the suitable concentration of calcium and magnesium, and total concentration of calcium plus magnesium are 20 - 50, 20 - 80 and 50 - 150 mg/L, respectively.
