摘　　要：介绍一种砂轮圆跳动测量系统的系统组成,分析了信号处理电路和利用单片机AT89C1051/AT89C2051的计数功能,实现能够灵活调整分辨率的双积分模数转换电路,并详细叙述了A/D设计思想和结果处理方法,并给出了具体的电路原理图和程序流程图。The composition of the grinding wheel run - out tolerance inspecting system is introduced in this paper, meanwhile the signal processing circuit and the counting function based on the AT89C1051/AT89C2051 are also analyzed; accordingly realizing adjustable resolution of the dual - integral A/D converter, then the designing idea of the A/D converter and the data processing methods are presented in detail, and the specific electric circuit diagram and the program flow chart are given at last.
