摘　　要：预合金粉末由于每个粉末颗粒都包含组成合金的各种金属元素,其共熔点比合金中单元素熔点低,因此预合金粉末具有成分均匀,烧结温度低等优点,从而引起了广泛的重视。本文介绍了金刚石工具用预合金粉末制造方法及特点,国内外预合金粉末产品性能及应用,在此基础上展望了未来预合金粉的发展趋势。Because the pre-alloy powders contains all the elements of the alloy in each particle, its melting point is lower than that of single element, therefore the pre-alloy powder has better homogeneity, low sintering temperature, thus was brought to the widespread attention. This paper introduced the producing method and characteristics of the pre-alloyed powder used in diamond tools, put emphasis upon analysis about the performance and application of the foreign pre-alloyed powder products ,and the trends of the pre-alloyed powder were forecast.
