摘　　要：该文结合清华大学设备器材供应服务部化学试剂库的工作实际,探讨了如何在市场经济体制下,通过明确服务宗旨,建立、健全各项规章制度,采取多种服务措施,及时、高效、优质、热情地做好学校的化学试剂等危险品的供应和服务工作,保障教学和科研任务顺利进行,确保学校安全,收到了良好的效果.This article unifies the work reality of equipment material supply service department chemical reagent storehouse in my school, it is discussed that in the market-oriented economic system, through clarifying the Service purpose, established and perfected each rules and regulations, adopting various service measures, prompt, highly effective, high quality, warmly, how to supply and service work well in chemical reagent of school , safeguard teaching and the scientific research duty smoothly carries on, guarantees the school security, we have achieved good results.
