摘　　要：采用荧光光度法研究了乳酸环丙沙星(CFLX)与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的相互作用。求得CFLX与BSA相互作用的结合常数,根据热力学参数确定了CFLX与BSA之间的作用类型,在此基础上依据F rster能量转移机理探讨了CFLX与BSA相互结合时给体-受体间的距离。证实了CFLX与BSA结合作用为静态猝灭过程。The interaction of bovine serum albumin （BSA） with ciprofloxacin lactate （CFLX） was studied with fluorescence spectrophotometry. The binding constant of the interaction of BSA with CFLX was obtained and the binding mode was determined with the thermodynamic parameters. Based on the Ftirster energy transfer mechanism, the distance between the donor and the acceptor during the interaction of CFLX and BSA was investigated. It was confirmed that the interaction was a static quenching process.
